1) I am very sensitive to certain types of jewelry. Can I wear your stuff?
All of our products are hypoallergenic. We only use gold-plated stainless steel, titanium, and 925 sterling silver, all of which are extremely hypoallergenic base metals.
2) How long will my jewelry last?
Most of our items are plated in 14K or 18K gold. The plating can last up to 3 years or longer, provided that the pieces are well taken care of.
3) How do I care for my jewelry?
Our hypoallergenic products are mainly 14K or 18K gold-plated pieces over stainless steel, titanium, or 925 sterling silver base.
Although not required, you can follow these guidelines in order to ensure proper care and long lifespan for your pieces:
Gold-plated:- Keep away from water, moisture, & chemicals.
- Apply lotions and perfumes before wearing your piece(s).
- Pat gently with soft, dry microfiber cloth to clean.
- Store in pouch when not in use to prevent scratches & to limit elemental exposure.
925 sterling silver (pure 92.5% silver and 7.5% metal):
- Keep away from water, moisture, & chemicals.
- Apply lotions and perfumes before wearing your piece(s).
- Pat gently with soft, dry microfiber cloth to clean.
- Store in pouch when not in use to prevent scratches & to limit elemental exposure.
- Use a silver cloth to polish dulled silver.
Titanium and stainless steel (long-lasting and corrosion resistant):
- Clean with warm water and a soft cloth.
- Keep away from harsh chemicals such as bleach or chlorine.
