HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ITEMS?

Order processing time is 1-2 business days.
Standard shipping (2 to 4 business days) is $4.00.

You can generally expect your items to arrive within 3-6 business days of placing your order.

HOW WILL I GET MY STUFF?

We ship via USPS or FedEx. Please make sure you double-check the address you enter before placing your order as unfortunately there is nothing we can do on our end if the order has already been shipped out.

If you find that you have mistakenly entered the incorrect address, please contact us *right away* at support@shopfestiv.com and we may be able to update the address before shipping. If it is too late and the package has already been shipped out, you will have to contact the carrier directly to see if the package can be re-directed to your correct address. 

I STILL DIDN'T GET MY STUFF!

MY TRACKING SAYS I GOT MY STUFF, BUT I DON'T SEE IT!

The carrier may not always leave it in the expected place so please be sure to check around or with members of your household.

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact the carrier directly. At times, the status may say "delivered" but the carrier may still be processing the delivery. If you still need assistance, send us an e-mail at support@shopfestiv.com.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently, we only ship to the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) but stay tuned as we plan to expand to international shipping in the future!
